Avinash qualified from King’s College London and passed with Honours.
He was awarded a PG Certificate in Primary Dental Care and the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has worked in the Maxillofacial Department at Peterborough City hospital, followed by working as a general dentist in Hertfordshire.
He has since achieved a Masters in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Periodontics at King’s College London, passing with distinction. This course has allowed him to gain clinical experience in all aspects of periodontal therapy including non-surgical treatment, pocket reduction surgery, regeneration surgery, muco-gingival surgery. He has since gained entry onto the Specialist List in Periodontics. His experience allows him to manage complex periodontal conditions, including advanced gum disease, gum recession, and peri-implantitis.
Avinash is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology and attends multiple national and international conferences to keep up to date with the latest treatment concepts and techniques.
Outside of dentistry Avinash enjoys playing tennis and cricket. He also enjoys travelling and hiking.
